Osteopathic, chiropractic, manual therapy books

So, these are books of the osteopath about various types of manual therapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, as well as related topics such as therapeutic exercises, stress management, and health-improvement methods. For the last 30 years I have been reading regularly and extensively - 25 of those years medical literature, and around 17 years specifically on manual therapy - so this list is far from complete. Usually, I deeply study one book at a time on a method that currently interests me, and reread several others as needed in practice, plus I listen to or read fiction in one of 5-6 languages.
